PROGRAM REGISTRATION & FEES

REGISTER ON OR BEFORE MAY 6th AND THE FOLLOWING FEES APPLY:

CITY OF DODGEVILLE RESIDENTS:

$10.00 per program per year—$50.00 maximum per family

OUTSIDE CITY OF DODGEVILLE BUT WITHIN DODGEVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT:

$15.00 per program per year—$75.00 maximum per family

OUTSIDE DODGEVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT:

$30.00 per program per year—$150.00 maximum per family

 

REGISTER AFTER MAY 6TH AND AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 LATE FEE WILL APPLY TO EACH PROGRAM AND FAMILY FEE -- YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IF THE LATE FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PAYMENT.

 

Registration will be held at City Hall on Thursday,  April 5th & 18th  from 5:30-6:30 p.m.  You may also mail-in or drop off your

completed  registration form to City Hall prior to the above date.

Text Box: You snooze……..you lose! Nothing kills a program quicker than waiting until the last minute to register for it! Registering late will not guarantee a program will run or that your child will be enrolled. Teams, t-shirts and schedules are organized once registration deadlines are met. Registering late delays our process of organizing teams and ordering t-shirts. Register early!

PROPOSED POOL FEES 2007

Season Pass Fees:

Family resident - $85.00

Family  non-resident - $100.00

Individual student(17&under/Senior Citizen)

Resident - $32.00

Non-resident - $40.00

Adult resident - $37.00

Adult non-resident - $45.00

 

Daily Pass :

5 and under free with guardian

6-adult - $3.50

lessons will be on Saturday, June 9th from 9-11 a.m.

Session I: June 25th - July 6th (mornings)

Session II: July 9th -July 20th (mornings & evenings)

Session III: July 23rd - August 3rd (mornings)

Session IIII: Aug 6th - Aug 17th (mornings & eve)

Practice daily M-F

June practices: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m

July practices: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. & 8 p.m.-9 p.m.

Sign up and parent meeting Monday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall
